Tax Technology Services, LLC Management Team
Our management team is made up of individuals with extensive industry knowledge, ability, and high integrity. The following team of individuals contributes valuable insight and brings substantial resources and experience to the services we offer.
Silvia Aguirre, President
Silvia Aguirre is president of TTS, LLC, where she has overall responsibility
for the operational efficiency of the organization, as well as the Tax
knowledge base. Ms. Aguirre conceived the idea of a NEXT GENERATION
ECM, which has since proven to be a leading solution for managing certificates
in today’s marketplace. Formerly, she served as an Auditor for
the State of Texas where she managed a large volume of audits in the
Northeast from their New York City office. After her audit career, Ms.
Aguirre served as tax manager for multiple national companies in the
manufacturing and technology industries. Ms. Aguirre holds a Certification
in State and Local Taxation from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee,
has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas, Pan American,
and a Masters in Business Administration from Tulane University.
Matthew MacNeil, Sr. Vice President - Operations
Matt MacNeil is the Senior Vice President Operations of Tax Technology Services,LLC.
Mr. MacNeil helped found TTS in 2002 and has since managed IT, process
design, and quality assurance. He also was a principal designer of the
CertCapture ECM Solution. Prior to joining TTS, Mr. MacNeil was the
Accounting Manager at ePhysician, Inc., a medical technology company
in California, where he managed the accounting software system. Prior
to that, he worked as the Controller of several divisions of Methode
Electronics. Mr. MacNeil holds a BS in Accounting from Purdue University
and an MBA from Tulane University.
Dave Wilson, Director of Business Development and Sales
Dave Wilson leads TTS's Business Development Group, responsible for all CertControl Marketing, New Customers and Market Penetration. The products and services from this organization serve mostly the largest business customers coast-to-coast.
Wilson has been involved with TTS's product customers since the outset, building customer and partner relationships to form a solid foundation for a perpetual business. Wilson joined TTS in 2005 and has held both marketing and sales positions before being named Director.
Prior to joining TTS, Wilson held ascending Sales and Marketing roles in leading companies such as RSM McGladrey, WALL DATA / NetManage, Mirror Image, and Global Software. At McGladrey, Wilson helped a newly-acquired benefits and compliance group gain traction in the market. At WALL / NetManage, Wilson was National Accounts Manager for the largest accounts in the Financial Services sector, where he was 5-time Presidents Club and Global Top Performer. He has a financial accounting and ERP application background, which helps him communicate the financial advantages of CertControl solutions.
Originally from Winston-Salem, N.C., Wilson holds a bachelor's degree in from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in business administration from ECU. He is based in Cary, NC.
Jeff Mitchell, Director of Technology and Process Development
Jeff Mitchell is responsible for automating the labor-intensive process of Exemption Certificate Management. He works hard so our customers don’t need to. He also enjoys listening to clients’ needs to ensure the CertCapture systems are meeting their needs and oversees their pathway to success. Prior to joining TTS, Mr. Mitchell worked for a division of BOSCH that automated manufacturing processes. Mr. Mitchell has a B.S. from Purdue University.
John Jemsek, Director of Product Development
John Jemsek heads the development effort for the CertControl line of products, including CertCapture. With experience in software design, administration, hardware, and networking, Mr. Jemsek strives to ensure the CertControl line of products are complete, reliable, and feature-rich. Prior to joining TTS, Mr. Jemsek worked as an Applications Technical Prime for Nortel, where he helped to improve product functionality and reliability for a number of global applications. Mr. Jemsek holds a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
David Macke, Project Manager
Dave Macke manages Property Tax and CertCapture Projects. He has a B.S. from Creighton University. Mr. Macke joined TTS in February of 2006 and has been instrumental in developing processes to handle our largest clients.
