REDUCED WASTE

Our leading product, CertCapture, maximizes technology to reduce paper waste by:

• Storing digital instead of paper certificates
• Creating new certificates in electronic format
• Eliminating need for printing reports with access to online report views and sharing

Additionally,

• We purchase only recycled toner/ink cartridges
• Our employees limit unnecessary printing and use double-sided and reduced-size options to conserve paper and ink whenever possible
• We reuse paper right in our office - one-sided print-outs are placed in a bin to be reused internally
• When paper is fully used, we always recycle
• We also salvage our own office equipment by refurbishing computers and other salvageable electronic equipment
• We encourage our clients to use our email or fax delivery services rather than packaged delivery

ENERGY CONSERVATION

Energy-saving policies in our corporate headquarters include:

• Energy Star compliant office equipment
• Auto power-down software for computer monitors
• Conservative use of heating/cooling systems
• Lights-out after hours policy

REDUCED CARBON FOOTPRINT

• 10% of our staff are group commuters
• An additional 20% of our workforce participates in the Employee Telecommuting Program, working remotely and thus not driving to work at all
