The CertCapture public website is available to the general public without requiring any personal information. The domain name and/or IP address of the visiting computer may be logged for statistical data collection purposes only. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.  Any statistical data is only used to help improve services offered by Tax Technology Services, LLC.

CERTCAPTURE APPLICATION POLICY

The use of the CertCapture application requires a login account and is reserved to registered clients of CertCapture. Any unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. Personal information (including but not limited to email addresses, names, telephone numbers, and addresses) is for the sole private use of Tax Technology Services, LLC. This information is used for account management and customer service purposes only, and is not shared with any third parties.

THE EC CHRONICLE NEWLSETTER

Tax Technology Services, LLC will retain the name and email address of any user who voluntarily signs up for The EC Chronicle Newsletter. These email addresses are used by Tax Technology Services, LLC for sending periodic newsletters, company updates, and relevant exemption certificate management information only. Your email address will never be sold or shared with any third parties.
