HOW IT WORKS

Customer Experience

CertCapture eCommerce appears right in your currently-existing checkout window as a “Tax” line item.  Customers see the interface chosen by you - including appearance, wording, and location of CertCapture link.  When customers choose the tax-exempt link before checkout, they are provided with the appropriate and pre-filled certificate, based on information from the purchase in progress.  CertCapture guides customers through the various fields and collects a hand written signature (via mouse).  Our validation intelligence ensures the certificate is valid and complete.  Check-out then continues as usual.  Customers can do this separately for each purchase, or register once for automatic certificate application on future purchases.

Your Experience

You select the Edition of CertCapture that fits your needs and budget and then direct the customer interface for your currently existing check-out window.  The validated and current electronic certificates created by customers at check-out are stored in CertCapture's secure online database, available to you via the web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The user-friendly functionality allows you to view and search certificates, view the current expiration matrix, add customers directly, review nexus, and view your company certificate information with our convenient global dashboard view.  More advanced Editions include multiple corporate entity capabilities, deeper searching and reporting functionalities (download to excel, assign report viewing directly to auditors), tracking of expired/expiring and newly-added certificates and create multiple users.
