Description	This is for CertCapture Customers only. We will cover the basic functions of the new CertCapture 5.0 online system and how to get the most out of the software. We will show you how to search for exemption certificates, export to develop deliverable reports, and utilize the standard reports. This session will focus on the abilities all users possess and explain how to get the most from the software. We will also briefly cover some of the more common errors of certificates delivered to us and have a brief question and answer session at the end.
